The German-Spanish Chamber of Commerce is searching an experienced Key Account Manager - Automotive for the Spanish subsidiary of a German company in Barcelona. The company is leader in its sector and employs about 3.000 employees worldwide.

To support their sales team we are searching a

Key Account Manager - Automotive

with more than 5 years of experience in similar positions.

Main tasks:

- Support and further development of defined customers within the automotive industry (OEMs and suppliers)
- Competent partner for our national and international customers within the automotive industry
- Further expansion and organization of the business with existing and future customers
- Securing technical and business plausibility of offers including as well as offer follow-ups and order processing
- Independent planning of on-site customer appointments as well as negotiations with our customers (price negotiations, long-term contracts)
- Coordination and controlling of internal projects and interfaces
- Support regarding series production concerning the examination of contracts and other documents
- Sales and revenue planning including budgets and forecasts
- Observation, analysis, and evaluation of the market regarding sales potential and competition
- Acquisition of new customers and projects as well as support for ongoing series projects and implementation of customer-specific strategies and measures
- Coordination of regional and global sales activities
- Establishing a global price level, preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts as well as complaint management
- Revenue, sales and budget responsibility

Requisitos

Experiencia Laboral Al menos 5 años
Estudios mínimos Grado
Requisitos mínimos - Spanish native or C2 Level
- German C1 Level
- Successfully completed studies in business or technology with minimum 5 years of practical experiences in the business area
- Multiple years of relevant experience in the sale of complex products of a manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive industry or regarding polymer technology
- Comfortable with MS Office applications
- Well-founded experience concerning negotiations
- Sound technical understanding
- Knowledge in project management, contract law, cost accounting / calculation, development of business plans
- Conscientiousness, target and profit orientation
- Outstanding communication skills, customer orientation and load capacity
- Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong willingness to travel
- Intercultural competencies
